About Our Footwear Factory

BY ZMR operates a large, fully integrated manufacturing facility in the UAE, where every stage of production is managed in-house. From design and material selection to sole production, stitching, finishing, and final inspection, we maintain full control over quality and consistency.

Our Arabic sandals and footwear factory is equipped with in-house rubber machinery, allowing us to produce rubber soles internally, as well as PU sole machinery to support collections at more accessible price points. We work with a wide range of materials and leathers, including waterproof, embossed, and exotic finishes, enabling flexibility across premium and commercial ranges.

Every pair is handmade and hand-stitched by skilled craftsmen, combining traditional techniques with modern manufacturing capabilities.
